We only deliver to residential areas within the main island of Singapore (no delivery to restricted areas such as army camps, hotels, Jurong Island etc.).

All payment must be made and confirmed before orders are sent for packing. Please allow 1-2 working days for your payment confirmation.

Delivery fee is flat at $6 per online order for orders below SGD 250. Additional charges will be applied for orders exceeding SGD 250. Orders will typically take 10-14 working days after payment is confirmed (subjected to stock availability).
Exchange Policy

Items sold are strictly non-refundable.

Items can be exchanged within 30 days with the receipt as proof of purchase. However, socks are not exchangeable due to hygiene reasons as we are not able to ascertain that they have not been tried on.

Items must be in original condition (not washed, not worn, not altered, label intact, etc.).

Exchange can be done at the school during the Year-End-Sales.

Our exchange policy does not cover any resulting by customer.
